I love manufacturing, and I live every day feeling the value of making things. As far as the atmosphere of my workplace goes, it is bright and full of vitality; there are tough times even while we enjoy the work, and there is a clear definition between ON and OFF.
There are many workers, who hate losing, and it seems like we work off each other’s enthusiasm.

It’s a workplace where everything feels worthwhile, and while we are sometimes given very hard and important jobs, the feeling of achievement after you have succeeded is priceless. The completed products are like our children to us, and it’s a very sad feeling to let them go when we ship them off. (laughs)
So that we continue to strictly adhere to delivery times and create high-quality products, I will strive to keep a study-focused mindset to improve my skills every day, and always aim for the next rank.
